castings of various grades of Copper and Aluminum based alloys for
different industrial applications of well accepted quality
standards. The castings are as per IS, BS, DIN, ASTM codes as per
the requirement of the customer. Castings like Gunmetal,
Cupronickel, Leaded Bronze, Phosphorous Bronze, Aluiminum Bronze,
different LM grades of Aluminum are manufactured. Sand castings of
dense structure with gravity feed method weighing up to 150 kg per
component. Physical, Chemical, Electrical and Mechanical
properties are monitored during the production. Surface finish
with sand blasting, shot blasting, proof machining, semi finished
or complete finish component as per customer requirement is
fulfilled..
